Our consulting company has roots in the San Diego area that go back to 1996, when two of our Principals began supporting networked business application software from several national vendors.
We certified for, and support large applications including Microsoft Business Solutions. We have extensive experience working with upper management to smoothly implement major changes in business application software with minimal disruptions to ongoing operations. We have managed or been involved in many projects where software implementation, data migration, customizations, and the development of integrated modules have given us knowledge and insight into many types of businesses.
Of particular note is our background and broad experience from having been brought in as third parties for the rescue and repair of large implementations in trouble. From this has come our deep understanding of the planning and coordination that makes even very large projects for additions, changes, and extensions to business applications software run on time, run smoothly, and produce satisfactory results.
